About me

There is something special about making and eating fine chocolate. It
mesmerizes and delights all five senses and make us feel happy.
Seeing the smiles on people's faces as they bite into one of my
 creations sounds like bliss.
I consider myself very lucky to be able to work on something I love so much.

I have studied Theology and it was an interesting journey to discover
that chocolate was so precious and used in important religious and
ceremonial practices across Central America and South America.
Ancient Mayans considered that the chocolate is the food of the gods.
In its beginning, chocolate was an elixir, a source of power and aphrodisiac.
Mayans believed that chocolate brings universal wisdom and it melts
the hearth of a woman.

Chocolate making is like art as expression of yourself and divine
treats for others. Handmade luxury truffles give great pleasure and
joy.
Close your eyes and slip into a dreamy state of chocolate euphoria at
Chocomaniac.
