Shipping
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail containing your purchase order reference number. You will also be notified when your order is shipped.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:
We currently ship only to United States addresses.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We are unable to ship to FPO and APO addresses.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we take special care to ensure the delivery of your chocolates in perfect condition. It is highly recommended that our customers purchase Warm Weather Packaging to prevent heat damage or melting of chocolates. If you purchase chocolate to be shipped to an area experiencing high temperatures without cold packaging, Chocomaniac cannot be held responsible for damaged chocolate due to heat exposure.
When shipping to year round warm climates, we highly recommend overnight shipping. Please make every effort to notify the recipient that a package will be arriving, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended for in warm weather.
We do not ship on Fridays. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
